The central location, the well decoration and the good facilities.

The air conditioner is placed under a wall mounted table, making the ventilation of cool air ineffective.

Location and character of property. Was lovely. Ideally situated both for town and rail/bus connections

We were in Tristello, the upstairs flat. Stairs to access were both steep and narrow. Not an issue for me but could cause problems for some.

The location was excellent for walking into the Trollo area and minutes from the station where there is some free parking. We also found a small supermarket very nearby. The bed was spacious and comfortable and there was plenty of room for luggage and hanging up clothes. The outside area was good for sitting in having some breakfast or a glass of wine and it got the sun in the afternoon which allowed use of the sun loungers at the bottom of the garden. The toilet and shower were very modern and spacious but didn’t allow for any privacy due to the all glass walls.

Asked to check in early as accommodation was cleaned and empty but told it would cost €30 for 2hrs which I thought was a bit mean. Thought more complimentary beverages could have been provided. All we received was a small bottle of water and 2 coffee pods

La dutxa molt bé, tot i que rellisca un pel. El matalàs, llençols i coixí molt bé El dissrny de l’apartament com a materials, colors, etc també molt bé

No és confortable ni pràctic, l’habitació i el bany són iguals de grans i llavors resulta que l’habitació és petita i el bany sobra espai per tot arreu. També te una mica de terrassa, però per accedir a ella des de l’abitació has de passar pel bany. Si tens la porta d’accés a la terrassa oberta els veïns et poden veure mentre ets al wc o a la dutxa. El wc no te ni tapa ni seient, és molt incòmode. La pica del lavabo és petita i si t’hi rentes la cara ho mulles tot. Al accedir al wc automàticament s’engega un extractor, a la nit no és necessari, fa soroll i molesta mentre funciona. No hi ha lloc per deixar les maletes i l’espai per deixar la roba és molt petit. L’espai entre el llit i la paret és mínim i incòmode, just per passar. L’habitació dona paret per paret amb l’entrada i l’escala que puja a l’apartament del pis superior, quan entre gent sents tot l’enrenou de xerrar i pujar les escales i, a més, la paret divisòria no és fins al sostre, hi ha una part de vidre, per tant a la nit quan entre algú se t’il·lumina tota l’habitació. No et canvien ni tovalloles, ninllençols en tres dies, bé, però no hi ha on aixugar kes tovalloles, i al final t’aseques amb les tovalloles molles, això si, di vols que te les canviïn paga abans! No hem vist ningú tot per correu i se suposa que tot hom ha de saber anglés, crec que sent a Itàlia primer t’haurien d’escriure amb italià i després en anglés, si tens la sort d’entendre l’italià no et serveix de res.
