Simple clean hotel in an excellent location. Walking distance to speedboats and to airport. Very friendly (and interesting) manager, whose cousin runs a fantastic restaurant nearby. Clean and comfortable.
More chairs and a desk in the communal area. Perhaps add a hammock.
