Hotel Arena Azul

The hotel was very clean, and the owner Bertha was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and filling, with everything we needed for a great start to the day. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay! I would happily come back anytime!

La amabilidad y cortesía de doña Berta y don siro. Su apoyo con todos los tours y los transportes fueron impecables y siempre fueron de mucha ayuda. Nos ayudaron hasta para ir de prisa al aeropuerto

La comunicación con ellos antes de llegar al hotel es un poco complicada porque no responden casi los medios como WhatsApp o la app. Entonces es difícil cuadrar planes con ellos desde la lejanía. Sin embargo, son muy buenas personas

Todo muy limpio, gran lugar para visitar y conocer Nuqui en cualquier comento del año. La señora Bertha es una mujer grandiosa, ayuda a gestionar todo, te atiende con amabilidad, te indica las opciones, te recomienda sitios de interés, comparte ideas y cocina delicioso. Adicionalmente, el señor Ciro, es pura amabilidad y está atento de todo. Cuando vuelva pronto a Nuqui, volveré a este hotel, una maravilla.

I had stayed at it once before and enjoyed it. I enjoyed the mattress this time and that’s about it.

NO water. It was available from 06:00-08:00 a.m. BUT only by a bucket, there was still no running water in my bathroom. When I checked in and was told there would be water from 6-8 I thought that was in the evening but it wasn’t. NO electricity for at least 4 hours during the day, at the hotel. I checked and the other stores and hotels in town had electricity. No electricity = No wifi. Electricity went out again at midnight and was still off when I departed at 07:10
