Renovated apt in the heart of the old town few steps from the free public parking in the central square Spianada (not during rush hours though). Comfort, clean, well equipped and spacious. Mr.Spyros is polite and helpful. A very good choice for those who want to stay within walking distance from city monuments, museums, stores, restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
Sometimes emlpoyees from the nearby bar/coffee shop eat, drink, wash dishes and the pavement and carry garbage after closing time in the night (about 1:00/1:30 a.m.), laughing and speaking loud. This is a potential disturbance for some sleeping people.

Great location close to restaurants and attractions.
Probably unavoidable in the heart of the town, and not the fault of staff or owners, but was noisy at night.
