location, swimming pool, serenity, quality of available facilities, beds really comfy
air conditioning only in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and none in the rest of the property (this is not made clear on the website) attention to detail on facilities checks (chess board missing 3 pieces, only 3 sunloungers, TV needed replacing as no satellite channels available, air conditioning in main bedroom not working correctly)

The communication with the hosts was excellent and they were super friendly and efficient. The trulli itself was beautiful and well designed and maintained. The beds were super comfy. I would definitely return - this time with more people to enjoy it with!
The hosts only accounted for one room to be made up as there was two of us, so they thought we were a couple (which we aren't). So we had pay additional money on the spot to get more bedding for the other bed.
