Path to reach is narrow but not a big problem

Beds were very comfortable and the private grounds were stunning

Perhaps have more comfortable relaxation couches inside . Bit uncomfortable in that area for the number of people it sleeps .

Location is amazing. Rafaella put all her love in this house and her garden. You can feel it everywhere. Arranged in perfection

This was everything you dream about and then with a little extra touch. We loved the very well maintained premisses, with pool, lots of green (which is remarkable in this dry aria) and the nice spacious house. With an ancient trullo but around that the place is new an well built. Nice kitchen, well equipped, excellent beds. The pool relax aria outside was “lounge like” and great. We didn’t use the gym, but it is there…..wow. At first I didn’t want to give the max score for price/reward but compared to many other luxury villas you can easily get less for (much) more.

The trulo is sort of in the middle of nowhere, 8 km from the next village. An the lady km is a gravel/dirt road. Is that negative? No, in the end not as you have max privacy. We’ve seen some nice villas near the smaller towns but next to the road. So in fact another plus. Only issue was the sometimes slow WiFi. It works but given remoteness of the villa it’s hard to improve. Hope the owners manage to do so still.
