Alcuni particolari di arredamento del locale , gli imbotti del divano e dei materassi , di scarso confort, troppo economici , la tavoletta del water , ingiallita e usurata, le caffettiere moka scarse in igiene , il mobile della camera porta abiti , guasto , scardinato le cerniere e odorante di muffe interne, inaccessibile , tv soggiorno economica con audio scarso di acustica . Le altre cose in buono stato .
