Ottima posizione, posto tranquillo e ben ombreggiato. Personale gentile e disponibile.

La struttura ha molto bisogno di essere ammodernare in particolare i locali si presentano molto trascurati con presenza di formiche ovunque. Non ci sono le zanzariere. Angolo cucina molto piccolo con mobilio molto usurato. Materassi e cuscini macchiati e scomodi. Giardino esterno privato dell'alloggio completamente trascurato. Pavimentazione circondate la piscina molto sporca e piastrelle di tufo piene di muschio ed erbacce. Gli autobloccanti nel cortile tutti dissestati. Lavanderia non utilizzabile, sporchissima, pieno di muffa. Ombrelloni e sdraio carenti di numero rispetto al totale degli alloggi. In conclusione la struttura ha un buon potenziale ma non viene valorizzato.
