Takdah Heritage Bungalow no 10

The location was beautiful and the USP of the property. The room size was satisfactory. The view of the valley and the hills was stunning. The hosts are a hard working and gracious family. One would consider a revisit during an off season.

Tubelights and white lights in the room instead of tungsten. We did request a few change of bulbs and were obliged. The aesthetics of the interior decoration were not to our taste. And here's the biggest problem. A mouse/mice entered the room through the ceiling/fireplace and attacked our snacks. The hosts admitted to this and need to do something about it immediately. Other tourists/guests, if not well behaved, could be a nuisance, because it is so quiet and serene here and sound is magnified. We had a bunch of tourists playing loud music outside their room. This should have been stopped by the hosts.

Breakfast was excellent. View was very good.

there could have been a discussion regarding food on arrival.
