Excellent property to stay with your family in a calm and cosy surroundings. Property is very neat & clean and well maintained. Owner is very energetic, helpful and serious about his guests. Staffs are well behaved and helpful. Overall best place to stay with your family in the small village of lamahatta where you can spend a couple of days without any noise and disturbances.

If you are looking for a place far away from the crowd and noise and want to get lost in the serenity of nature, then this place is perfect for you. So the property is located in Lamahatta, near the Lamahatta Higher Secondary School, 10 min drive from Lamahatta Eco Park. The property gives you a beautiful view from its balcony. On sunny days when the weather remains clear, you can see a glimpse of the majestic Kanchenjunga from the balcony. But don't underestimate its beauty in monsoon. Two beautiful locations are present nearby and you must visit them. One is Torai kothi, a lush green tea garden, just a 10-15 mins walking distance from the homestay. And Phunchock Rabten Gayphelling Monastery or Lamahatta Gumfa, a 500 year old Gumfa, hiding between dhupi forest. So to reach Gumfa, you have to cross a trail in between the dhupi forest, which has its own mysterious ambience. Now let's talk about the service of the Homestay. All the Staff are very polite and punctual. The place is neat and clean and tidy. They take good care of hygiene. The rooms are specious, all wooden. The bathrooms are spacious and with all the necessary amenities. You will receive tasty homemade foods, served right from the oven. So don't hesitate.
