Very beautiful rooms, kind hostess, small pool was a plus, good terrace in front of the room.
Not me, but some insects might appear and this bothered my wife.

The place is very close to the main attraction of the area, Plitvice Waterfall - 15 minutes driving.
Ivanca made us feel welcome with a welcome drink and a chocolate cake on the second night.
The place was not well cleaned and there was dust on the floor and in the bathroom.
The kitchen is small and hard to cook on the small surface.
The walls are very thin and you hear a lot of noise from the road and from the other rooms.
