Our host was lovely and very accommodating, she even gave us a choice of what room we wanted to stay in. Location was perfect for getting up early and heading to Plitvice Lakes National Park. There is a beautiful in-ground pool area, but we did not get to use it as we arrived late and left early.

The place is very close to the main attraction of the area, Plitvice Waterfall - 15 minutes driving.
Ivanca made us feel welcome with a welcome drink and a chocolate cake on the second night.
The place was not well cleaned and there was dust on the floor and in the bathroom.
The kitchen is small and hard to cook on the small surface.
The walls are very thin and you hear a lot of noise from the road and from the other rooms.
