Owner's cat was greeting us every day when returning from skiing. House is clean and cozy, kitchen had everything that we needed. All rooms have separate toilet and shower. The owner is very friendly and helpful. A bit further from Kappl - refreshing 15-20 minute walk to the center, 3 minutes with a car.

Great place to be in for Kappl and Ischgl and more.
Great place to be in for a ski holiday. by far the best one yet. Host was helpful and polite and did not bother us at all. Really good service. The house was clean and well furnished. Great wifi throughout.
The duvets were tiny. kid size at most. I am 6ft 3 and the duvet is maybe 5ft in length and 3ft wide. overnight the room would get crazy hot with no way to control the heating.

Nett Gastgeber, sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Die Zimmer sind großgeräumt und sehr gut ausgestattet sowie sehr sauber. Die Küche ist groß genug für unsere Gruppe mit 11 Personen. Es wäre natürlich besser wenn Induktionskochfeld eingesetzt wird statt Ceran.
Das Haus liegt zwar von Luftabstand nicht weit weg von der Hauptstraße, muss aber über einen Weg von ca. 500 Meter bergauf hochgefahren werden. Im Winter ist der Weg nur einspurig, so dass man ständig auf die Gegenverkehr beachten muss und ist manchmal schwer auszuweichen. Laut Gastgeber ist es so normal in diesem Gebiet.
