From the time I arrived the Concierge made me feel welcome & provided assistance to get my luggage up the stairs ( lift was temporarily out of order) the room was located similar to a riad with plenty of fresh air & ac if I required it. The tv worked & provided English speaking programs via You Tube. Linen & bed were clean & comfortable. The breakfast & domestic staff serving it were all very pleasant. The location is perfect being close to the ocean, Médina, restaurants. I walked with 2 wheelie bags from the railway station with no difficulty
It would have been good to have a small fridge & electric jug to make a cuppa. There is a coffee shop next door but it’s a mens club where only males congregate to smoke & watch sport.

I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top, and the view from my room was simply stunning. I would like to give my thanks and respect to staff Hassan Radi and Hassan Errahmani for looking after me during my stay.

L'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, emplacement de l'hôtel (bien situé).
L'hôtel est vétuste, robinet de lavabo et de douche plein de calcaire. Fourmies dans la salle d'eau.
