Comfortable, nice communal area.
Good value the price we paid, basic accomodation for a 3 day stay.
Communal area which located outside my room could be noisy late at night but was taken care of by the host the next day 👍 Shower was not the best.
Surprised it came up amongst hotel listings, it was several rooms with shared facilities.
