- wystarczająco duży apartament dla rodziny 2+2 (+ pies) - świetna lokalizacja: blisko do plaży + kilka min spacerkiem do centrum Sobieszewa - wyposażenie: wszystko co potrzeba - fajnie, że jest ogródek, ale...
- ogródek: brakuje zagospodarowania - owszem, jest stolik i krzesełka oraz parasol (choć ten przechyla się podczas wiatru), ale brakuje jakiejś roślinności (jest sama trawa) i większego stołu, aby zjeść całą rodziną śniadanie - baaardzo cienkie ściany: akurat za ścianą sypialni jest łazienka sąsiadującego mieszkania i słuchać wszystko tak jakby ktoś korzystał tuż obok ciebie
