This is a perfect location and set up for people either traveling as a group or traveling independently. Each Suite is completely separate from one another with their own private entrance yet right next door to someone who you might be traveling with. Everything from the dishes to the furniture is Brand NEW!! This Suite is equipped with a full-size kitchen with every appliance, one full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo, one queen size bed in each bedroom, and one queen size sleeper sofa in the Living Room. This Suite shares a common Laundry Area with the REEL Suite. This laundry area is a designated Laundry Room located in between the bottom two Suites and has two sets of coin operated Washers and Dryers for your convenient use. Laundry detergent are fabric softener are provided. You will enjoy the comfort of this Suite while feeling the true Alaskan experience surrounded by nature yet only minutes (by car) from town.

Very comfortable unit in a great location. Very clean. Great beds and pillows. Could use some insulation between floors and walls. Could hear neighbors walking around above us. However, quiet hours were great and not too much of a concern. Otherwise, would definitely stay here again! Close to town and attractions

This is a wonderful, comfortable, clean property with everything you could need and it is just 10 minutes from the main part of Seward. The owner was great to work with. The laundry facilities are so convenient. They even provide detergent and dryer sheets. The Safeway grocery is about 5 min south of the property. Two things to consider: if you can walk to the second floor, I would suggest it. There is little insulation between floors so you hear every noise when you are on the first floor as we were. If you are mobility impaired there is a ramp to the first level but it is not an easy climb. No walkin shower also. I have some mobility issues, which is why I mention this. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation.
