About this house rental
We think you will like making your home base in Seward at Stoney Creek Guest House. We are 6 miles from Seward in a quiet, wooded neighborhood with mountain views on a property bordered by streams. There is shared access to the creekside hot tub and wood-fired sauna.
This is a 3 bedroom house with 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and deck with grill. The couch in living room is a sleeper sofa and small folding futons with bedding are available.
For winter travelers, we are close to many ski and snow shoe trails, and there is plenty of room for snow machine trailers! We look forward to meeting you!

We had a lovely two nights stay. Sat in the hot tub both nights and had the local Eagles put on a show and even land in the trees next to us. Perfect place for 3 couples to stay. Lots of room and very clean. We will be back for sure

We stayed at the lovely Stoney Creek guest house for 2 nights in June 2025. The place was wonderful for our my family and in-laws and adult children. The decor was beautiful. Tim is a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend, as well as stay again. Our family had an great stay in Seward. After hiking, the hot tub felt great. I enjoyed the property and sitting by the creek. The mountain views were unbelievable. Peaceful, Friendly, Perfect for our group.

Kent & Lisa were wonderful hosts. The home had everything we could have asked for and was within 10 minutes of downtown Seward. The kitchen was very well stocked, the washer and dryer were very efficient, and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. You will NOT be sorry that you booked this location.

This unit is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We liked the layout and cleanliness of the property. It is somewhat expensive but works out for multiple families. The unit has enough beds to accommodate 2 families. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and I personally liked the setup. There is a creek next to tub and very peaceful.Only thing is that the toilet is very wobbly in one of the restroom.
