Host was very quick to respond when I had a question. Beds were very comfortable. Quick and inexpensive uber to Broadway. Recommendation for host: some inexpensive room darkening blinds in the bedrooms would make a huge difference!

in just for a fri & sat, 7 of us total.
first impression- everything decorated nicely, spacious, clean- just needed to open windows and let some fresh air thru. we had everything we needed, local information print-outs were helpful, water from tap tasted good, water pressure in main bdrm good, check-in and -out couldn’t have been easier, would highly recommend

We stayed for 3 nights. The property was easy to find and had lots of parking on a quiet street. Entry was easy and the house was exactly as expected. 4 bedrooms - all had an empty dresser to store clothes along with multiple lights and a ceiling fan. 3 bathrooms and all were nicely tiled and clean. Location was far enough to be quite but still very walkable. We walked to the Gulch and other parts of downtown in ~15 minutes multiple times. We went to Vanderbilt one of our days and it was a very easy 15 minute walk as well. This is a great place to avoid the bustle and noise of city but still be close to the action (perfect for medium sized kids).

Neal's house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Sparkling clean when we arrived and fully stocked for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was peaceful, and easily accessible on foot or by Uber. Responses were instant the few times we texted Neal. Would stay here again without hesitation when visiting Nashville.
