Perfect place to stay the night in Pahalgam. Beautiful property and exquisitely maintained rooms. My upper room in particular had the best view with two streams meeting right by the property and vanishing into the serene valley. Rooms had the modern facilities and amenities and the staff were very friendly.
There were no restaurants nearby and the food at the stay, though homely, took a lot of time to prepare since there is only one cook who has to cater to all the six rooms and the food was very expensive for what is was. There was also a non-stop problem of electricity cutoffs which was a constant annoyance.

Best location near Lidder river
Though it was summer, people from warmer part of the country are not much accustomed to even the summer temperature of Kashmir that drops to 3~4 degrees. Heating arrangements all year round is advisable.

- The property is surrounded by natural river view . Good Location .
- The bedsheet was dirty ; with hole .. Changed after insisted to change new.
- Not even free drinking bottles were provided .
- Kitchen facilities are not so good ..
