La Casa nel Parco

Хорошие апартаменты, расположены близко от исторического центра. Есть свое выделенное парковочное место. Приятная хозяйка. Но надо понимать, что апартаменты не отдельные, а состоят из нескольких комнат, каждая со своей ванной, а кухня общая. Т.е. будьте готовы проживать с соседями.

В нашей комнате была тесноватая душевая кабина, постоянно стукался локтями. А сама комната просторная. Апартаменты находятся на холме, из центра примерно километр в гору, причем некоторые участки достаточно крутые. В общем, фитнес не нужен, он включен в стоимость;))

The apartment is situated in a quite, nice area of Naples with its own doorman at the beggining of the street. It is localized near the line 1 metro station which takes you to the city center. The apartment is clean, comfy, with pretty decent breakfast options as well.

Nothing, everything was great.

Big room, big windows, sofa, decent bathroom (small shower), complementary simple breakfast and coffee. Good value for money. Host was quick to response via whatsapp. There was a washing machine we could use.

Location: felt quite unsafe, chaotic and dirty streets, generally not very pleasant to walk around. The walk from the closest metro station was longer than expected. It was a bit of a hassle to walk with suitcases. There were no cafés or restaurants you could have a coffee or food, the area is mostly residential. Arrival instructions from the host: very vague, we just had the address but when we got there it was a private street with a gate, we were not sure whether we were heading in the right direction. Lack of natural light in the common area. The description says "La Casa nel Parco in Naples offers air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, garden or inner courtyard views, and soundproofing. Each room includes a tea and coffee maker, washing machine, and free WiFi." Please note this is not true, there are no gardens or courtyards, the building is surrounded by a parking area for cars. Also, the coffee maker, kettle and other amenities are in the common area, not inside the room.
