Lovely farmhouse and location

We stayed in several places around southern Finland, and this was the best. The location by the lake is stunning. We ate dinner at a lakeside restaurant a few miles away, run by a friend of our host. Savonlinna is a short drive away, as is the world's largest wooden church. Great base for exploring Finnish nature. Amazing breakfast, including local specialities, freshly made bread, and cooked eggs and sausages. Given that we were the only people staying that night (summer season had not started yet), this was exceptional service. The breakfast room in the farmhouse was very pretty.

Happy quacks ties it together

Rotating between sauna and swimming in the lake in perfect peaceful silence. After a good sleep an amazing home cooked breakfast helped start the day - and free roaming ducks and chickens really got you in the best possible mood. The landscape, comfort, food, staff, and peace really are unparalleled. On top of everything we even got to charge our car a bit during the night to help us reach our next destination. Without a doubt will be visiting again.

If the summer gets really hot the rooms may get hot as well. This time it was not an issue.

Cosy quaint bnb by the lake

Hekki and Susanna were great hosts! Super friendly with a wry sense of humour. The bnb is quintessential Finnish countryside with great views of the lake, an awesome firewood sauna and bbq facilities! My daughter absolutely loved the ducks and chickens roaming freely around the bnb as well as the delicious banana pancakes!! It is not sparkling clean in the rooms but understandable given that they are a little short staffed.

Beautiful fields and lake, nice room, comfortable, positive staff, plenty of parking

Breakfast begins at 9 o'clock, much too late for me, like brunch. Not every one gets up so late. After all, there are no late night parties in the area 🙂. Breakfast itself is well prepared.

This is a lovely B&B. The rooms are pretty, the breakfasts delicious and the location is fantastic.

Ollila Farm stay is lovely. It is located by a serene lake, wonderful for watching the setting sun. The breakfasts were great and our hosts were very kind and informative about local sites of interest and local restaurants. By the lake is a sauna and also a very useful kitchen and eating area which was fantastic and unexpected.

Good option for staying when exploring the area around Kerimäki, Punkaharju and Savonlinna!

Very nice host, very good service (with excellent tipp for dinner and arranged reservation at the restaurant), additional use of Sauna by the lake, good and plentiful breakfast. Nice room with view to the garden and the lake in the background.

Breakfast was amazing with many very delicious choices. Swimming and sauna facilities were great and there were farm animals to pet. The bed sheets very crispy fresh. Hosts are very welcoming!

The room didn’t have an air-con, so after a hot day, we had to sleep the windows and curtains open, meaning that the sunrise will wake you up early. Additionally, the beds were soft feeling like you sleep in a cocoon in the middle.
