Abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale al pian terreno. L'host e sua figlia sono estremamente cordiali e disponibili e parlano anche italiano. La posizione è vantaggiosa: a piedi si raggiungono la spiaggia Cuvi in 15 minuti e il porto / centro storico in poco più di 20 minuti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il parcheggio riservato all'interno del cortile, il terrazzo coperto con tavolino per mangiare e il condizionatore. Il prezzo per essere agosto è decisamente conveniente. Il piano cottura a induzione sembra essere nuovo ed è molto comodo per cucinare rapidamente.
Purtroppo la pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare: il bagno e la cucina erano puliti, ma la camera da letto aveva il pavimento con tanta polvere e ragnatele. Entrano anche insetti come scorpioni, ragni e millepiedi; noi abitiamo in campagna e siamo abituati, ma potrebbe non far piacere a molti. L'arredamento ha i suoi anni e alcuni mobili, come l'armadio, sono fragili e danneggiati. L'alloggio è molto piccolo: va bene per poche notti o per pernottare e basta, ma visti i giorni di pioggia siamo stati costretti a rimanere in casa per più tempo, per cui consiglio di valutare bene la scelta.

The property is very good located, very beautiful neighbourhood! The host was very kind and friendly, very polite. The studio is nice and clean only for two people. There is a small but functional kitchen and clean bathroom. It’s very fast to cold it with the air condition.
They should set a little bit stronger WiFi signal. But the internet was pretty fast.
