Unbelievable beachfront penthouse! 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Located in the middle of a 10 mile, clean beach...the best walking, jogging and swimming beach around! Three pools in the complex for your use. Huge terrace, with ocean and mountain views... hear the sounds of the waves...barbecue grill, umbrellas and patio furniture... 340 degree view, sunrise to sunset...dolphins and whales and outstanding sunsets! Sliding glass door walls open up and you feel you're outside! Three bedrooms ...2 king master suites and the third has a queen sofabed and a twin bed.Custom kitchen with all the at home conveniences: refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Washer & dryer in laundryroom. Two superstores are less than a mile away, and a restaurant and bar on site, with weekly live entertainment. Tons of restaurants closeby. So many things to do..swimming, 4 golf courses, jet skiing, parasailing, horseback riding (on the beach), sight seeing, wake boarding, deep sea fishing, zip lining, romantic dinner boat rides, night clubbing.

Perfect location and accommodation.Owner not aware we needed QR code to enter property. Would not rent from this owner again due to her less than agreeable nature.

We had a wonderful time, waves, pool, iguanas, dolphins , baby turtles returning to ocean, nice people, gorgeous view
We did have a bit of a rocky start sorting out small issues, plus a problem with the A/C in small bedroom that leaked onto the bed. This was a big job that couldn’t be fixed while we were there..

This is a beautiful condo with a large expansive deck overlooking overlooking the sand and water. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially a family.
