Wonderful family home set-back one block off of Cliff Road on a quiet, low traffic street abutting beautiful conservation land.
Featuring authentic post-and-beam architecture and situated on an over-sized property, this house combines unique privacy and tranquility with convenient walking proximity to town, Nantucket’s north shore beaches, the Tupancy Links trails, The Westmoor Club and Something Natural.
Built in 2007, this home has recently undergone a face-lift with a top island decorator and features updated design appointments, state of the art amenities and brand new furnishings as of May 2016.
The house includes decks / porches on every floor with outdoor lounge and dining furniture, a gas grill, Sonos audio, two TV areas with 4K HD TVs, a large backyard and an outdoor shower. The property also has ample off-street parking.
A separate office space detached from the main house was added in 2020.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, close to town and the beach, and Allison and Derek responded quickly when we had any questions.

The house is beautifully appointed and provided enough space so that our family could be together but also have time apart. The two living spaces gave privacy and community. The decks overlooked beautiful nature, and the house had everything a family could need. We would love to come back.

Our family of 9 (all adults) loved the house and location. It was spacious and extremely comfortable. We’ll stay here again next year if it’s available.
