Amazing view from the balcony, it is shadowed in the morning, so you can enjoy your breakfast and also dinner or drinks after sunset. Well equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils.

Cleaning could be done better, there were underpants left in bathroom's locker, that was not pleasant to find at all. Also our bed linnen was torn. Negotiation on the phone wasn't pleasant at all. When arrived to Salou railway station, I called property nobody answered, that's ok as some person called me back soon, but the line was very awful, probably IP phone was used. So I could not hear all words due to that and was trying to reask but still it was hard to understand. After some talks understood that I need to pick the key from some other location. I was told that I will get the address soon to my phone, person on the phone promised to send it, so I said "ok, I will walk toward appartments and will check phone messages". After 30-40 minutes of walk I reached the appartments, but nobody sent me anything, so I called back, this time line was perfect (I used normal phone call) and same person with beautifull English explained me that I was not told to go to appartments, but he had no time to send me the address as he was busy with another client, so that is only my fault and he also claimed that I didn't tell him that I will go to appartmets. (I read it as I am a liar?!) I found it rude to talk this manner with the customer. Please use normal phones to call, then everybody can hear all words in the sentence. He said he is to busy to bring us the keys, but funny thing is that he still had to come to the property 2 more times because we have ordered additional bed which was missing in the appartments, and when he brought the bed, we asked for the bed linen which was also missing. P.S I'm not a whiner, as that is first ever negative experience with communication and check in within all my travels (I counted 23 with booking.com only)
