Вид с балкона просто великолепный и перекрывал мелкие недостатки жилья. Хозяин очень общительный и гостеприимный. Квартира оборудована всем необходимым. Пляж прямо под домом и множество магазинов, кафе и сувенирных лавок ночных клубов. хорошо развита инфраструктура. Для любителей экстрима 3 км до Феррариленда, аквапарка, Парка развлечений Порто Авентуро. Вид с балкона - прикрепил фото
Есть нюансы по чистоте, мебель и бытовая техника выглядит не новыми, но в принципе исправными. Ролет одной из спален окно которого выходит на балкон неисправен солнечная сторона всётаки)
