Spacious, exceptionally clean, light and airy. Quiet, with a lovely balcony to sit and have breakfast, while enjoying the trees and birds. Great breakfast. Juice, fresh milk, ample cereal, fresh bread, fresh fruit, ample jams, butter, large collection of teas to choose from. Fresh ground beans coffee. Fresh herbs, fresh ripe tomatoes. Bonus packet of Tim Tams. Beautiful fresh flowers to admire. Well stocked cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Even down to a cork screw (bonus as we had a corked bottle of red wine). The beach was a very short walk from the accommodation. The area was quiet and the beach was spectacular and the water was warm compared to most beaches we have had a swim in.

Best house I’ve stayed in for group booking. The layout, size and upstairs kitchen dinning are absolutely brilliant for groups.

The spacious home and all facilities were top notch and beds very comfortable . Lovely bowl of fruit and herbs a lovely touch .
The back side gate continually banging all night as no latch on the gate to keep it closed this was annoying when in bed at night . Went to have a read of my book on couch upstairs which either end flipped out however when I went to flip the cushion down I found the zippers on cushion padlocked together 😳so impossible to have a comfortable stretch out I was so shocked to find this . Also upon arrival the side door at base of stairs had been left unlocked we only knew this when the wind blew it open Friday night . Booking . Com advertise this as beachfront but that is not the case you can’t even see the water from the home I found this misleading by booking.com .

Beautifully presented property where the owners have thought of all the little touches. Comfy couches, plenty of space in the living/kitchen/ dining areas, comfy beds, bonus coffee machine and well stocked tea/coffee etc. Breakfast supplied and wonderful homely feel. Close to Hawley Beach and the walking tracks, in a cul-de-sac and would highly recommend.
People sleeping downstairs could hear footsteps from above floor.. but minor issue.
