Ca' Dei Molini

We had a wonderful stay during our cycling trip in Italy. The property is located in a quiet and pleasant area, yet the Trieste–Venice motorway can be reached within 10 minutes by car, making travel very convenient. We rented three rooms and one apartment. The rooms were clean, comfortable, air-conditioned, and well maintained. The only thing missing in the rooms was a refrigerator, although there was a shared fridge available in the corridor. The upstairs rooms could also be reached by elevator, which was very practical. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, air-conditioned, and included a refrigerator as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Breakfast was included and was both delicious and generous, offering a great start to each day. A special bonus was the swimming pool in the garden, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or cycling. The accommodation is ideally situated about halfway between Venice and Trieste, both of which are easily reachable by car in around an hour, depending on traffic. It is also an excellent base for visiting many nearby towns and attractions, including Udine, Palmanova, Grado, Jesolo, and Treviso. For cyclists, the location is particularly attractive. The Adriatic coast, including Bibione and Caorle, can be comfortably reached by bicycle in around 1.5–2 hours. Secure parking is available inside the gated garden, and storing our bikes was easy on the terrace in front of the apartment. We would also highly recommend Pizzeria al Tajer, located about 1 km away on foot. It offers excellent prices, a wide selection of dishes, and we enjoyed some truly delicious dinners there. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and well-located accommodation with friendly facilities and excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again.

The location is very calm & quiet, perfect especially as last day of vacation or when you travel with dog. The pool and garden was amazing.

The only small thing - the rooms could have a fridge, then it would be perfect.
