Location, quite friendly staff, cleanliness.
Dated rooms, old furniture, quite limited breakfast for today standards (no fruit, only rolls, butter, jam, and cheap/standard yellow cheese and ham)

1. It was amazing place with a perfect service. We are very grateful for your marvelous coffe and breakfast!!!!! 2. A police department in a front of the hotel. We were calm.
Ot was a bit noisy outside at night. But I should say it was the very center of a city.

Very close to the beach and Afro Nation festival, which is what I was there for. Also opposite the police station, so felt very safe.
No air con in a hot room, just a big fan. Room was very tight for space, bathroom door knocked onto the toilet, also not much room to walk around the room as the bed took up most of the space. Breakfast was very basic, just some bread, ham and cheese, yoghurt, tinned fruit, orange juice and tea or coffee.
