Exceptional value, Warm rooms and very easy traveling ability to many other places

Great location and very easy getting around to many other places. Located not far from from National Highway and a 2 hour drive gets you to many other places in any direction. A must consideration if your stay involves seeing the state of Macedonia

Not much to complain about. A good quality Hotel at a great price compared to many. Save your money from the expensive in city Hotels that offer no parking or at a cost and relax just outside the city centre of Thessalonica which is only 20 minutes away by car.

They welcomed us with a chilled room when outside were 40° and chilled welcome water in the fridge. Nice bistro downstairs, with wonderful breakfast included in the price and amazing coffee. Breakfast is more than plenty with fried eggs, ham, cheese, pancakes, chocolate and honey. Yummy. We would definitely come back here, if in the area ;). Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! ♥️

Great staff, great apartment.

Right in the centre of town, this distinctive building is probably the best accommodation in town. As a testament, the bistro bar was busy from morning till night. The room was fantastic. A mini suite, it looked great and well decorated. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. The set breakfast was fullsome.

The toilet was a little small with no storage space. The shower space was tight, but not being fully enclosed, it was not problematic. The bedroom did not have a bedside light switch.

Superb

It was what we expected for a transit night. The host where friendly and I'm sure they they tryed to do all the best for us.

We asked them to change our room (it was near the elevator) and they did it, giving us an apartment instead of a regular room. Unfortunatelly, they didn't tell us that at the upper level is a party! That why I gave the general scor as Fair.

Pleasant surprise

Originally we booked this hotel, because they listed "Electric vehicle charging station" under the facilities. Unfortunately this is not the case, but they were very willing to help charging our car and provided a wall socket, which could use during the night. The hotel was a very pleasant surprise: it has a countryside atmosphere with contemporary design. The room's noise proofing was the best we experienced in Greece: On Saturday night the hotel's bar was very busy under our window, still we didn't hear anything from it in the room. Overall it's a nice hotel, very good value for money.

Maybe they should update the facilities list :)

Ok for a night rest

Room was modernly decorated, clean. Bed was comfortable. There is free parking all around the property. There is an ok restaurant at ground level.

Except for the receptionist nobody was wearing a mask indoors. The restaurant downstairs can be noisy up until 12 pm. Food at the restaurant (breakfast included) is ok but don't except anything too great.

A highly recommended hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Verde: the location is perfect, close to ample free parking, with spacious, clean and tastefully decorated rooms&interiors. The staff always welcomed us with a smile and was super helpful&friendly. To top it all a decent wi-fi and a rich and tasty breakfast. Considering all these elements and that we were in peak season, the price was really low.

In the thick of it

It’s hard to find Casa Verde on Google street view, as they filmed the area before the property was renovated. It is now the social hub of Lagadas as far as I can see, and all the locals who like to be seen, like to be seen there, around the ground floor cafe bar, and also on the roof terrace. We stayed just one night, a Sunday, and were expecting the town to be effectively closed after lunch. Not a bit of it. Our balcony room overlooking the small town square was quite adequate. Yes, noisy conversation and music from the young things downstairs until long after we were in bed (we keep pensioners hours) but hey, they were enjoying themselves and we were just passing through. All quiet from 23.30. Next morning, continental breakfast on the pavement, and the locals were back for coffee, and the pace of life had speeded up, the young people were now in business mode. It seems to be the go to place, and we would go again too if passing that way.

Wygodne, bardzo duże łóżko, śniadanie serwowane, więc nie było żadnego wyboru, dosyć skromne, ale smaczne. Balkon z krzesełkami i stolikiem był miłym zaskoczeniem. Czystość bez zarzutów. Okna świetne, po ich zamknięciu kompletnie nie słychać hałasów z ulicy. Kilka mankamentów, dlatego to hotel na jedną noc, raczej dobry niż bardzo dobry.

Pokój zbyt mały, zwłaszcza z łóżkiem king-size, łązienka taka sobie i malutka z brodzikiem bez kabiny, więc po kąpieli cała podłoga była mokra. To chyba taki grecki i albański styl. Klimatyzacja raz działała, raz nie, zgłaszała błąd czujnika temperatury i się wyłączała.
