HILTON POOL PASS: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. 10% discount on spa treatments, lagoon toy and cabana rental and food at Lagoon Grill, Orchid Marketplace and Shaka Cone. No blackout dates. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be guests of ResorticaHawaii. There are no exceptions to this policy, and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased; they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticaHawaii vacation rental properties. If a pass is lost or damaged, there is an up to $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
GOLF BENEFITS: Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses).
Fees are $95.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $50.00. Instructions for using this privilege will be sent after reservation is confirmed. ***Rates subject to change
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Kolea Beach Club and Pool Deck renovation project is scheduled for September 8, 2027 through November 3, 2027. Due to safety and liability concerns during construction, the closure will include the entire Beach Club, fitness room, rental hales, and beach access gate. During this time, Anaehoʻomalu Bay can be accessed through the Marriott gate.

BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to a local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
START UP SUPPLIES PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Nestled right in the middle of our 3 island Hawaii vacation was this absolute gem of a condo. Spacious. Clean. Perfect for our family of 4. Complete with pool pass to Hilton, golf discount and washer and dryer!This was a perfect location in the middle of Waikoloa village. We rented a car, but most amenities were walkable. The entire property was beautiful, including the clubhouse and outdoor pool leading to a gorgeous beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to any travelers coming to Big Island.

Size, location were terrific. Unfortunately the carpet is worn, tired and dirty. Also the LR couch is extremely uncomfortable and worn. Everything else was great.

Great layout out of the condo and good location but there is a smell in that condo that is overpowering...almost like people smoked in there and chemicals or ozone units tried to cover it up. Or a musky stale smell. Got home and our clothes smelled horrible.Notified the management company and they were going to look into it. Carpet through out and had some stains. Maybe the smell was from the carpet or HVAC but only way to make it livable was open all windows.
