This provides access to the pool (w beach towels), hot tub, recreation ctr., & direct access to one of the most popular beaches in Waikoloa (Anaehoomalu) aka A-Bay. With original work by local artists throughout; this 2138 sq. ft. garden level unit offers impeccable amenities. It includes subzero refrigerator freezer w ample ice supply, built in oven, microwave & stove top. Dining table seating for 6 and 3 barstools at the island. Kitchen is equipped with serving for 10, rice cooker, slow cooker, electric can opener & coffee grinder, Keurig and drip coffee makers, roasting pans and baking sheets. King bed in primary bedroom, Queen in 2nd bedroom off kitchen & Twin beds (that can be converted into a king) in 3rd bedroom w direct access to hall bath. Located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area, you are walking distance from the King's Shops and The Queen Shops where you have a wide range of restaurants to choose from. We had a wonderful 5 night stay just before Xmas. The condo was perfect for our stay and group size. Easy check in and it was super clean and well appointed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Unforgettable trip and memories on our family trip. Absolutely stunning condo with great pool/amenities right across the street. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful with easy to follow instructions to access the property. We sat outside just about every meal enjoying the view and weather. Not a question of if, but when we visit the big island again, we would stay at Kolea 10D in a heartbeat.

I have mixed feelings about Kolea 10D. The location of the unit is fantastic. The unit is across from the pool and close to the beach. The unit is spacious and the bedroom furniture is adequate. Noise was not an issue. The unit has a plethora of beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels etc. The washer and dryer worked well. The patio furniture was pleasant and the gas grill was wonderful for BBQ. The unit has great potential but there were maintenance issues that require addressing. The appliances are old. We had issues with the oven and refrigerator. The refrigerator did not cool contents very well . The oven was a little flaky and worked sometimes but seemed to not work at other times. The kitchen also lacked a cutting board. Our biggest issue was the air conditioning. The air conditioner in the bedrooms did not work well and the rooms were hot at night. The management company tried to get a HVAC company to come out but they never did. The thermostat was also indicating poor air quality. On the plus side the mgmt company is very responsive and we did appreciate that. This unit would be fantastic with a few upgrades. Hopefully the owner addresses the updates needed.
