Big apartment with 2 floors and many chairs, seats and tables available. The bed is also huge! Also many power sockets available everywhere so you can charge your devices where you like. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts (Darko & Anne-Marie) who also have a very nice garden and enough parking space for their guests. I travelled by car and brought along an electrical scooter which is very helpful to get around Rovinj and the beaches. But the apartment is also at 10 minute walking distance from the Rovinj bus station (where the Carrera shopping street starts) so even without a scooter or bike you can manage. The area is also super quiet at night, no noise whatsoever from traffic or other things.

The airco mainly cools the lower part of the apartment, on very hot days the warm air sticks in the upper area where the bed is. There is a small Velux window above the bed which you can open to cool off the bedroom area, but you need to manage this while you are inside the apartment. When you just leave the window open, rain will make the bed wet or birds might fly inside. When there is no rain prediction, you can also tilt the window a little bit so birds can’t fly inside but it cools down at night a little bit. I left the window just closed most of the time as it didn’t bother me that much.

Great stay in a quiet area just a nice walkaway from the old town. The hosts are lovely and they gave is some delicious grapes and figs from their garden. The garden was full of all kinds of fruits. Awesome. The appartment was nice and clean. Rovinj is touristy but absolutely stunning. The hosts recommended us a restaurant called Dario and it is the best restaurant we ate. Fabulous pizzas and good value for the money. I forgot something in the room and the hosts ran after us to bring it back. Very kind people!

Sleeping couch was a little less comfortable, but okay for 5 nights.

Good 15 minutes walk to the city centre.

No air condition. We couldn't sleep in the night due to the heat. Too much Mosquitos everywhere . You cant walk to the beach it is too far from the house.
