Duplex apartment, renovated in 2018, with an area of 35 m², located on the 1st floor of a condominium of 7 homes.
Individual garage, parking, secure ski locker.
Each level has a balcony facing south. Garden furniture with 4 chairs.
500 m from the ski lifts of Bossonnet, 600 m from shops and 175 m from a shuttle stop.
1st level: entrance with cupboard, toilet, kitchen: dishwasher, combi oven, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, washing machine / dryer.
Living room with table, chairs and bench; sofa bed offering sleeping 140 x 190, TV.
On the floor: room with cupboard, 3 beds of 1 person (l = 80) being able to transform into a bed of 160 and one of 80, according to preferences.
Bathroom with bath and heated towel rail.
Individual electric heating.

La location est très bien, la vue est magnifique (vue direct sur les pistes et les arabie). Françoise est très agréable et à disposition si l'on a des questions. Le séjour s'est donc très bien passé à La Clusaz. Seul petit hic, nous devions être 5 personnes, et heureusement 1 personne n'a pas pu venir car nous aurions été un peu à l'étroit pour dormir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, dans un bel appartement en duplex disposant de tous les équipements. Pistes à environ 600 m, garage couvert, ťout pour être bien.

Go for it

I was a bit apprehensive because the property had no reviews. It turned out to be better than I expected. The place is as seen in the (few) pictures, but with a great view to the mountains and ski runs. Although we never met in person, the owner was responsive and attentive. It's a steep walk to come back from the city (or ski lifts), but not a problem if you are wearing proper shoes. There's the possibility of renting a ski box just beside the Bossonet ticket box, unfortunately I only find out about this in my last day. The surroundings are residential and very quiet. Kitchen is brand new and very well equipped. I can only recommend!
