The apartment is located in the center of Palermo, which makes it possible to reach all the main tourist attractions within just a few minutes on foot. It also features a balcony, allowing natural light into the interior and providing a pleasant spot to enjoy a coffee. Communication with the host was easy. There was no coffee maker in the apartment initially, but after asking, we received a moka pot along with coffee the next day — a very thoughtful and kind gesture.

The bed and bedding could be more comfortable. The sofa in the kitchen feels quite outdated and should be replaced. The area can be noisy, especially on weekends, with young people socializing in nearby bars. At times, noise from the neighboring apartment can also be heard, including loud conversations and footsteps. Upon entering the apartment, there was a very strong air freshener scent, which felt a bit overwhelming. It would be great if the apartment were permanently equipped with a moka pot (a slightly larger one) and a blanket that could be used outside.

A comfortable apartment in a very central location, with a friendly and helpful host. Check-in was easy, the apartment is equipped with stuff you need for a short stay, has washing machine which is always useful. It's a vibrant area, so it gets loud outside in the evenings, especially during the weekend, it's good to be aware of it.

A set of tea/coffee cups was missing in the kitchen. Shower works a bit funny - the overhead rainmaker is always on when water runs. If you have long hair that you don't want to get wet everytime you shower, pack a shower cap

Cristin was a great host, always being reachable and ready to assist. If you would like to experience the original "old" Palermo feeling, BB45 is a must!! We wish we could've stayed for longer to have a lengthier experience. Thank you, Cristin!

Breakfast was not included. The property was very clean. The location of the property is in a TLZ area which means an extra 5 Euro for a daily pass is needed for parking. The host was very helpful to arrange daily parking permits.

Bedding was not white hotel quality and the towels were well worn but very clean. The extra cost for daily parking permits were a nuisance and inconvenience to arrange which took time out of our holiday.
