Casa vacanze Baia Acquaviva

Posizione eccezionale, con una vista spettacolare direttamente sul mare. L’accesso tramite le scale permette di raggiungere l’acqua e, nelle giornate calme, fare il bagno in totale tranquillità. Casa pulita, con letto matrimoniale molto comodo e due bagni che la rendono pratica anche per più persone. Il proprietario è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso, un soggiorno davvero piacevole in una location unica.

Da considerare che il parcheggio è su strada e l’arredamento, pur funzionale, è piuttosto semplice.

The house, and the location of the property was STUNNING! One of the BEST location I have ever stayed! The view is stunning - on the sea, you see the sun rise, the location is quiet, and yet all you need is within a distance walk - all the shops, restaurants, supermercados... You have private entrance to the beach and swimming there was fantastic! The house was comfortable and spacious! Loved it to the bits!

All was perfect!

The view of the terrace is super nice! At every time of the day there was the possibility to have shadow on some place of the terrace because there is a quite big tree growing on the side. From the terrace, you can walk directly (20 meters) down to the sea to swim! The coast is rather rocky, but that makes the water very clear and the rocks even form a small bay there, where the water is not so deep and you can easily stand and cool down yourself without swimming. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need (including an oven). The bathroom and the whole apartment were very clean. Close to the accommodation you can also reach the cute village of Castro within 8 min by car - perfect for a nice dinner in some of the restaurants there. Check-In was easy and the owners are very friendly and helpful!

The accommodation has no Wifi, which we knew before booking. However also the mobile network situation is rather bad, and you have to search for a spot to get mobile data on your phone to reach anyone. That's not a mistake of the host, however I'm just mentioning it, because I think it's good to know before booking, in case someone relies on a stable internet connection. The bedroom was fine to use for the two of us, however I could imagine it to be quite crowded if 4 people stayed in the bedroom. The mattresses seem to be a bit old already, but comfortable enough to have a good sleep. All in all, the great views on the sea and the good location make up for the little downsides.
