It was quiet and AC worked great. WiFi worked with no lags. Shower was clean. No insects or any usual troubles.

The neighborhood was nice, and the air-conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable enough. The host provided shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. The room had a bed, TV, and dresser, no closet, but a few hooks on the wall. There is no room for anything more. There is a bathroom ensuite, and on the front patio there are some kitchen appliances. This is a very basic clean place for someone who needs a place to sleep for cheap.
The place is in the last house before the corner, you need to turn the corner and generally can find parking there, but there is no designated parking spot. The furniture looks worn, and it is very basic, but it is a good deal if you only want a place to sleep.
