This wonderful apartment house with its own swimming pool is located in a pleasant, very close to the beach area of the beautiful holiday resort Novi Vinodolski! This holiday property belongs to a family business and is managed with great attention to detail and attention to the guests, which you can quickly feel after a stay here.This apartment is located on the 1st floor of the holiday home and consists of a very tastefully furnished living / dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a covered balcony, from which you can literally smell and hear the sea. The balcony is accessible from the living area.The furnishing and equipment of the apartment is of a very good quality. The kitchen is fully equipped and an induction cooker with 4 hot plates is used for quick cooking.The extremely pleasantly designed outdoor area offers plenty of space to spend a nice time outdoors. The centerpiece is the 30 m² swimming pool. There is also a private children's playground, a barbecue for common use and sun loungers next to the pool.
