Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet: hochwertige Küche mit Induktionsherd, alle Räume klimatisiert und die Fenster mit Rollläden. Die Aussticht vom Balkon und Wohnraum aus ist wunderbar. Der recht steile aber kurze Weg vom Strand zur Wohnung lohnt sich. (Mit Kinderwagen vermutlich beschwerlich.) Vermieter vor Ort sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert.
Vermieter-Struktur unklar: über diese Plattform zu einem David mit deutscher Nummer, der verweist auf Agentur in Crikvenica und diese auf die eigentlichen Vermieter. Der Wohnbereich roch leider stark nach Zigaretten, was wohl die Vormieter verursacht haben. (Wir bekamen ein Raumspray und es war nach ein paar Tagen ok.)
