The Pier Beach Inn & Suites

I stayed at the Pier Beach Inn & Suites in June 2026. It is a small complex with a nice central patio, very well located for those who prefer quieter areas. There are two restaurants and a small beach, mostly visited by locals, right across the street. Mambo Beach is only 10 min by foot. Michelle, the host, is a super nice, friendly, warm lady. She was excellent at communicating with me before, during and even after my stay. After some changes in other guests’ reservations, Michelle put me in a larger room for the two nights I stayed there. It was a comfortable apartment that included a kitchen, I recommend this place to those who like simple, clean, comfortable accommodation, well located away but nearby from the city, and to those who value a warm welcome. The views - no views from the windows, but no big deal.

Pier Beach Apartment in Curaçao is a fantastic place to stay. The apartment is spacious, with a very comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. The location is ideal — a grocery store is about a 15-minute walk away, and Mambo Boulevard is just 10 minutes on foot, offering a gym, restaurants, shops, and a beach where you can rent loungers. The beach directly in front of the property is a huge plus, with a designated swimming area and a restaurant just across the road. If you have a car, parking is easy right outside, and the gated community makes you feel very safe. The courtyard is a lovely feature, with both sun and shaded lounge areas — perfect for relaxing with a book or spending time with friends. There’s also a shared kitchen equipped with everything you might need (coffee, tea, kettle, fridge, ice, air fryer, etc.). Inside the apartment (No. 3), the amenities are excellent: a spacious closet with a safe, a bathroom with a view of the sea, and a well-equipped kitchen including a microwave, hob, kettle, and coffee machine. The TV includes streaming channels, which is a nice bonus. Another highlight is the walkway along the sea nearby, with seating, shade, an outdoor gym, and even a playground for kids. Plus, a great coffee spot just a few minutes away serves delicious drinks and treats. Michelle, the host, truly stands out — she is warm, friendly, incredibly helpful, and kind, making the stay even more enjoyable.

There is no laundry service on-site, though this can be easily solved with a collection and delivery app. The apartment could benefit from a hairdryer and an extra set of towels, including a beach towel.

Michelle is the perfect host, kind and very organized. Thank you again for the accommodations.

The shared kitchen lacks large knives for cutting, and also cutting boards for fruits and vegetables, otherwise the space is large enough to eat and spend pleasant evenings.
