Die Lasge ist optimal. Keine 100 m zum Bahnhof. 300 m zum Fähranlager und ca 400 bis ins Herz von Norddeich. Das Hotel selber war spitze. Das Personal freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück gut und hatte viel Auswahl. Mein Zimmer war Richtung Fähranleger und sehr gut.

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und dem Service Personal war hervorragend. Die Lage unübertroffen! Reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr gutes Ambiente.
Altbackene und schwere Vorhänge und ein sehr alter Teppich passten nicht zum modernen Hotel.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage perfekt
Das Zimmer war unterirdisch, aus dem Fenster heraus schaute ich auf eine weiße Wand, das Bad war sehr klein, ich der Dusche konnte ich mich kaum bewegen. Ein anderes Zimmer konnte mir nicht zugewiesen werden, da bookings.com die Zimmer direkt bucht und das Hotel keine Eingriffsmöglichkeit hat. Ich solle doch zukünftig direkt beim Hotel buchen, so die Aussage einer Mitarbeiterin.
