Gorgeous house, great location
The ensuite shower door is the wrong way round!

We arrived at the house very late (due to traffic conditions). We could enter the house with no problem at all. The location allowed for 2 cars to park, but we found another parking spot for the 3rd car. The house looked clean. It's a big house with open kitchen and 2 doors to the garden.
One of the kids went upstairs to rest on the bad and after few minutes he come downstairs very scared. We all went upstairs and we noticed on the bed he was sitting there were bed bags. We knew we could not sleep in the house anymore so we called the contact we had. Although it was now mid night the gentlemen answered the phone and we asked him if he has another house we could sleep for the night. By now, all 3 kids were extremely tire and adults were tired too after 7 hours driving (due to traffic condition). The gentlemen offered us another house for the remaining of the night. Also the next day we spoke face to face with the gentlemen which I though was very nice, considering the situation.
Luckily that morning we managed to find a hotel nearby and kids still managed to enjoy their holiday.

The location is in an industrial estate near Asda, Lidl and a shopping centre but this didn't bother us too much. It made shopping easy. The house is very new and very nice with good facilities but has a problem with parking.
Parking is a big problem at this property. There is really only 1 space and this small (very new) estate has very narrow roads and very little extra parking possible. The owner says you can park 2 cars in front of the garage but we could not do so as this is right in front of a neighbours property.
Also you have to use an app called StayStay to get check in details which I did not get told about till 2 days before our holiday date and I had never heard of it. The owner did not respond to questions through booking.com. Although he did when I started using StayStay.
