Das Haus war gut aber die Verwaltung und wie man mit Kunden umgeht, ist unmöglich.
Lage zum Keukenhof war gut. Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Unterkunft hat einen guten Eindruck gemacht.
Betten waren nicht bezogen und Bettzeug zum beziehen hat ebenfalls gefehlt. Beim Preis war lediglich die Nutzung der Unterkunft inbegriffen und alles andere musste extra bezahlt werden. Diese Information hat aber bei der Buchung gefehlt. Wir mussten ebenfalls nach der Ankunft über 100€ extra zahlen für Reinigung und Bettwäsche, was an sich kein Problem ist. Aber auch diese Auskunft hat während der Buchung gefehlt und kam erst im Nachhinein. Jedoch war dann die Unterkunft nicht mehr kostenfrei stornierbar. Für uns ist das unmöglich und abzocke. Handtücher sind ebenfalls nicht inbegriffen und mussten extra bezahlt werden. Für ältere Menschen ist es nicht empfehlenswert, weil die Treppe relativ steil ist mit kleinen Stufen.
