Ein nettes Häuschen mit Potential . Preis Leistungsverhältnis eher schlecht
Nettes Häuschen in einem großen Ferienpark. Die Lage im Ferienpark ist gut und ruhig . Der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin war sehr gut und man kann sich mit Fragen via WhatsApp an sie wenden , die schnell beantwortet werden.Badezimmer und Küche sind neu und schön. Die anderen Räume und Einrichtungen könnten z.T.allerdings mal erneuert werden . Ausstattung der Küche war für 2 Leute o.K. aber es gäbe z.B. für eine 4 Köpfige Familie keinen großen Topf zum Nudeln kochen, dafür aber 4 Pfannen.
Ausstattung des Outdoor Bereiches eher mangelhaft . 2 alte Gartensessel ohne Auflagen , 2 uralte verrostete Gartenstühle und eine Esstisch Kombination , die man sonst nur auf Autobahnparkplätzen findet.Leider konnten wir daher ,obwohl tolles Wetter war , nicht draußen essen oder gar gemütlich in der Sonne liegen. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt , allerdings fehlt ein Gartentor und es ragte ein Stück Draht vom Zaun in den Eingangsbereich hinein , an den ich mich verletzt habe.
