This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath upper level condo for a maximum of two people. It is well furnished and equipped, is very comfortable and located in well maintained lush Ekahi Village.
The unit is air conditioned with a Lanai off of the living room and the Bedroom, there is also wireless internet and no extra charge for parking.
The condo is close to the beautiful Keawakapu and Ulua beaches, only a one minute walk to swimming, snorkeling, diving, coastal trail affronting much of Wailea, enjoy walks and sunsets through beautiful gardens, and a short drive to up scale restaurants and shopping.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Ekahi Village. The unit's location is fantastic - minutes from the Pavilion Pool and the beach, and an even shorter walk to one of the quiet pools, the pickleball court, and one of the communal grills. The view from the lanai is gorgeous. The condo is spacious and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The Pavilion area had been renovated since our last visit, and it's wonderful. We were able to relax there, plus it's easy to eat there with a full kitchen, ice machine, grills, and refrigerators. The communication throughout was easy, friendly, and efficient - questions were answered quickly. Ekahi Village is wonderful, and this condo is too. We hope to visit again soon!

We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was for cooking and eating on the lanai.As others have said, it is in a great location plus perfect angle for staying out of the wind or hot sun. Even a couple beach towels plus other beach equipment were available. The condo has a great layout and met all our needs and more. Mahalo Bob!Thanks so much,Tamara

Love this unit for its location and amenities. We are tall people so love a KING bed. The topper on it made it a little too soft for us, but AC in the room makes it so nice for sleeping. The lanai is our favorite spot in this unit. The breezes, the views, the proximity to beach and pavilion, and being in the heart of Wailea make it an ideal stay on Maui.

A great location within Ekahi close to 3 pools, two of which are quiet with bbqs also closeby. All units here are older but this one is very well maintained and we have stayed in 5 or so for comparison. A comfortable supportive bed with a great wrapround lanai add to the experience. The communication and helpfulness of the host Bob also could not have been better. A tremendous stay on our favourite island. Hope to be back soon!
