In the Chaume area (a picturesque part of Les Sables d'Olonne), we welcome you to an old house (built in 1951) that was renovated in 2000 and 2001.
It has been preserved and decorated in a country style

it is the owners’ family home.
This house faces south
and is located 500 m from the marina,
900 m from the beaches of the wild coast
The area is very quiet, away from the summer crowds.
The house is located in a fenced-in garden of 700 square meters
300 m away: a SUPER U
At your disposal:
- private green bowling alley,
- a children’s bridge
- 1 barbecue
- and bicycles available upon request
The owners, who are locals, are at your disposal to provide you with all the necessary information to ensure a smooth stay (excursions, tours, attractions, local cuisine, etc.)
They live in the house across from the rental.
Also at your disposal is a storage shed for your fishing gear, windsurfing boards, etc.,
A major advantage during the summer: your car is parked right in front of the house, in the garden

Séjour très agréable dans ce petit nid douillet d'où nous regrettons de nous être envolés si vite. L'accueil est très sympathique, les propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse et très disponibles tout en restant discrets. A ranger dans les très bonnes adresses

Propriétaires comme nous n'en avons jamais vus, chaleureux, très sympathiques connnaissant très bien la région. Le jardin et, la maison très agréable. Vélos, barbecue et terrain de boules à disposition, la région est superbe et, le soleil était bien présent. Nous avons appréciés les petites attentions de Denise et Guy à savoir la confiture maison et, le petit vin blanc bien au frais dans le frigo à notre arrivée. La semaine à passée trop vite. C'est sur nous reviendrons.
