About this apartment rental
Duplex apartment of 34 m2, well equipped for 4 people, comfortable, bright, located on the 2nd floor of a building (Mirantin 2), quiet and not overlooked. The surveillance of the building is provided by a caretaker. The internet connection is at your disposal.
The kitchen is recent (hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine), the toilet is separate and the bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink.
Departure and return on skis. Immediate proximity to the TRANSARC (direct access to the Arc 1800 and 2000 and PARADISKI areas).
Balcony with panoramic view of the resort and the MONT BLANC range. North-East exposure.
Beds: on the mezzanine a bed of 140 x 190, 1 sofa bed of 140 x 190 and a bed of 140 x 190 cm (mountain corner).
Height of the mezzanine: 1.79 m.
The apartment is well located, close to shops and inter-resort shuttles.
Baggage unloading area 50 m away.
The resort is pedestrianised. A covered parking lot (CHARMETTOGER) allows you to park your vehicle under cover.
Ski schools:
- Arcs Aventures, 50 m at the foot of the building, offers ski lessons with qualified instructors as well as many activities.
- French Ski School (E.S.F.) located 200 m away on the snow front.
Aqualudic centre located 200m away (swimming pool, sauna, slide and fitness)
Easy access by train from Bourg St Maurice to Arcs 1600 then free shuttles to get to Arcs 1800.
Arrival must be after 3 p.m. on Saturday and 4 p.m. on Sunday, departure will be before 10 a.m.

We had a nice stay at the end of the season. The skiing was good. The apartment overlooks the TransArc lift so access to the slopes is excellent. Also, access to the Villards shopping area is easy and quick. The apartment is compact - beds are on a mezzanine level with reduced ceiling height. Check in and check out was easy and communication with the host was excellent.

Great location, with spectacular view and as close to the main Transarc lift as you could hope to be. Also just a short walk from ski hire, bars, cafes, and supermarket. Lovely apartment, if quite small for the four of us, very clean, with everything we needed. Perfect base for a fantastic skiing holiday. Merci Jean-Claude.

Lovely little appartment with a great layout and fantastic location for TransArc and Villard lifts. The owners were very helpful sending information and guidance, and were super quick to responsed to our queries. If we come back to Arc 1800, this will be top of our list for a repeat stay

After a long day of travelling, the last thing we needed was for the keys to not be available. I had telephoned the office and told the owner that we would be arriving after 7pm. Make sure that you have a detailed discussion with the key office. They did put things right quickly.
