This is such a great little apartment. It was small but very clever storage and very comfortable. We stayed with our 3 kids and really enjoyed our week. It was well organised and very clean. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a few steps away from Trans Arc.

We absoutely loved the apartment during our 5-day trip to Les Arcs 1800. It is located right next to the lift pass and tourist information office and right by the lifts. The slight issue was that the Transarc (which is currently a building site) is also right outside. We have a digger-mad 4 year old so he loved it and it was a long bank holiday weekend so they mostly weren't working when we were there. I can imagine if you want to sleep late with the windows open then that would be tricky, but it didn't bother us. Works on the Transarc are due to finish in Dec 2024. The apartment was impeccably clean and very well provisioned with salt and pepper, olive oil, toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc. Much better than other places we have stayed in that regard. The resort is great too with plenty for families and some very nice restaurants and takeaway places if you don't feel like cooking. We will definitely be coming back.

The property was great, very close to all the lifts in Arc 1800 giving excellent access to the mountain. Apartment was clean with all the utensils etc were there. There was a minor hiccup collecting the keys, as the key locker chose the day we arrived to stop giving access, but the agent was excellent and sorted everything out promptly. Very happy with our stay, would definitely stay again. Many thanks Paul

This was an ideal place for us to stay for our first summer visit to Les Arcs. Great location for the village and lifts, fabulous views. We found the apartment cosy but the mezzanine lounge area was ideal to sit in an evening. We would definitely return the next time we ski in Les Arcs.

Excellent apartment. It has all the furniture you may need: many dishes, kettle, coffee-maker, huge dishwasher, vac, TV (has not turned it on), music center. The apartment has two sofas - per one on each floor, double bed is not too big, 140, I think. It has quite much space in sum. But the toilet and the shower is small. In January it's cold on the first floor. The view from big 2-floor window is expressive. It has both ski-in and ski-out. The apartment also was very clean when we came. There were many things in the apartment that can be stored for a long time - salt, oil, tea, cleansers, trash packs. The person, who met us, didn't say the number of apartment and it spent some time to find it, the number is 229.

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique aux Arcs grâce à cet appartement qui a: - une situation parfaite dans la station - un équipement plus que complet - un aménagement intérieur génial - un propriétaire réactif et très à l’écoute - un rapport qualité prix absolument imbattable… Que demande le peuple. Tout était absolument parfait. On peut louer cet appartement les yeux fermés car aucune mauvaise surprise à l’horizon. Nous, en tous les cas, nous savons d’ors et déjà à qui nous adresser pour nos prochaines vacances aux Arcs.

L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé - si comme nous, vous aimez avoir les pistes au plus proche, cet appartement est pour vous! Il est facilement accessible - il faut se garer en bas du chemin y accédant, et monter à pied vers la résidence. L'entrée principale est au zéro, et pour accéder aux casiers à ski, il faut longer le batiment vers l'avant, et rejoindre une porte en léger contrebas. L'appartement de la résidence, avec ascenseur, est au 2e étage et vous donne une vue à couper le souffle, la terrasse est grande, le coin salle à manger est très pratique. La cuisine est super équipée, avec tous les ustensiles et équipements nécessaires. Mention spéciale pour le lave-vaisselle, la senséo, et la machine à laver. Les toilettes sont séparées de la salle de douche. Il y a des rangements partout, très pratiques également les supports de casques et les tringles avec cintres. L'étage est très spacieux, avec une télévision écran plat, un lit avec une super literie, et un coin montagne séparé par une porte coulissante. Pour le lit superposé, recommandé pour de tous petits-enfants (nos enfants plus grands en âge mais surtout en taille n'étaient pas à l'aise pour dormir là, trop proche du plafond). Le descriptif partagé par le propriétaire est très précis et exact,vous pouvez vous y fier sans soucis. N'hésitez pas à louer ce bien, vous passerez un merveilleux moment!

Un petit cocon très agréable pour passer un séjour en toute sérénité avec vue sur le mont blanc. Tout est très bien agencé et organisé dans l’appartement. Les propriétaires laissent à disposition tout ce qu’il faut en terme de vaisselle; produits ménagers etc... Ils sont par ailleurs disponibles facilement et très réactifs pour toute question.
