The location and spaciousness.
Very impersonal. We stayed for 8 days. They should have at least left another set of towels so we can have fresher ones. They had 6 each of regular and decaf coffee pods. What if two guests wanted regular coffee? Thats something so very cheap that could have made a difference and said “welcome!”

Spotless. Plenty of storage and good kitchen supplies. Very good location for sights, food and shopping.
Drainage smell in foyer. It wasn’t really apparent in this apartment though, which is on the top (5th) floor. Only enough shower gel for 1 night.

Great location,
Room was damp (they'd had a leak in the building). They were kind enough to offer a complimentary bottle of wine but that didn't address the issue. The bed felt damp so we needed to run the air conditioning durng the day and the whole building smelt damp The shower water tank was inadequate - only one person could have a quick shower, impossible for 2 so had to wait to reheat.
