FLH Baixa-Chiado Library Loft

The location is unbeatable. It is a walking distance to everywhere. The loft is on the 5th floor so having an elevator was really good. It felt very cozy and comfortable. I loved the numerous mirrors in the house as they give a spacious feeling. I liked how the host wrote small notes on everything in the house which ensures that guests use them properly. The wifi was great and reached everywhere in the loft. The water pressure of the shower was great. The house was well equipped with everything you need. The furniture was very comfortable. I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

I asked for two extra towels but the host explained that it’s one set per guest. I understand it’s a house-rule but it would have made a small difference to us. Also, the host provides trash bags for the first night only. Also, the fact that there are no windows in the bathroom and bedroom made me feel a bit uncomfortable but that’s a personal preference i guess.

Comfortable, airy, air-conditioned apartment accessed by lift in central but quiet location near Baixa-Chiado metro station and No.28 Tram. Roomy, loads of storage, good kitchen and bathroom, large comfy bed, excellent Wi-Fi and spacious living area.

Host company made error with location/access code details but this was quickly corrected - very responsive messaging - and no other issues. Would stay again - Apartment and location are excellent.

Top locatie. Prachtige en zeer comfortabele loft gelegen in centrale gedeelte centrum Lissabon.

Room was damp (they'd had a leak in the building). They were kind enough to offer a complimentary bottle of wine but that didn't address the issue. The bed felt damp so we needed to run the air conditioning durng the day and the whole building smelt damp The shower water tank was inadequate - only one person could have a quick shower, impossible for 2 so had to wait to reheat.
