About this apartment rental
Nestled behind the dunes in the quaint little complex of Sea Isle Village is Sea Gull's Nest. It is a fully remodeled 3bdrm/2bath, 1100 sq. ft. condominium with all the conveniences of home. Outside your backdoor is your own private patio. Open the gate and you are just steps away from the barbecue pit and the walkway that leads to the beach. The long sidewalk to the beach culminates with a steep walk over one of the sandy dunes. Be sure you wear your beach shoes because the sand can get very hot. Once over the dune you meet the nice, inviting Gulf of Mexico. We are located at Beach Access 3. If you choose to drive and park on the beach you will need a beach permit. The trailer that sells the permits is located in front of the showers as you enter the beach from the cut-off road. Steps away from your front door is our full-size, alluring swimming pool. You will enjoy relaxing, hanging out with friends or just swimming in our pool under the breezy palm trees. We invite you to come and take pleasure in this little hide-a-way we call Sea Gull's Nest.

This condo was spacious and quiet. It was clean and welcoming. The location is great! It’s right next to the pathway to the beach.

This 3 bedroom rental was great . There were 6 ladies . We are all in our sixties and seventies. This rental was perfect for us. The check in was easy and the lady at the front desk was so friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. Loved the lock on the front door . It was easy to use and we didn't have to worry about a key. The walk to the beach is almost at our back door !. All in all it was a great rental. The one critique we have is the creaking/squeeking sounds of the back bedroom beds. As you try to settle yourselves into bed , the sounds are a bit much. We believe it is not the mattresses but something having to do with the box springs and could be a quick fix. The creaking sounds can be a bit much when older people as ourselves have to get up to use the bathroom during the night. LOL Overall, the place was great and we will be staying there again .
