I welcome you for your next holidays, in a large duplex apartment of 85 m2, classified 3 stars tourism, in the heart of Sainte-Anne in Guadeloupe, close to its beautiful and legendary communal beach.
All amenities of a city center nearby (transport, restaurants, shops, water activities, cultural center ...). Vehicle not necessary.
The apartment completely renovated and equipped located on the 2nd and last floor of a small quiet residence in the village of Sainte-Anne, is composed of a large living room (tv, wifi & internet), a large fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and their bathroom, wc and a balcony.
With friends, family or lovers, come and bask in the waves and discover the archipelago of the Lesser Antilles (Guadeloupe, Marie Galante, The Desirade, Les Saintes, Little Earth ...) where it is so good to live!
Enthusiastic sun, white sand, lagoons and coconut palms, this is the ideal place to drop your suitcases!

Leïla is a great host. She met us the apartment. Inside waiting for us was a cake, marmalade, juice, milk and rum punch as well as a fresh fruit basket. The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to the beach, bakeries, groceries, butcher, restaurants and the daily flea market. Be aware, there are two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Our trip was only marred by labor issues in the water department. Not the host’s fault, but the water was turned off three separate times over our 12 day stay. It would usually be out 12-24 hours and then would take an additional 12 hours to get hot water.

Accueil chaleureux, souriant et sympathique avec de belles attentions (fruits, friandises maison et douceurs locales, un guide pratique pour la vie quotidienne et de tourisme). Propriétaire disponible et attentive au confort de ses locataires.
Décoration colorée. Duplex très spacieux et facile à vivre, sans promiscuité, pour trois ou quatre personnes (2 salles de douche et literie neuve et très confortable : appréciable).
Confortable, propre, fonctionnel (rien ne manque pour préparer ses repas) et lumineux. Equipement TV et internet.
Voisinage calme (seul le bruit du climatiseur d'une salle de fêtes côté loggia couverte est dérangeant).
Accès privé escalier avec digicode. Parking au pied de l'immeuble. Plage, commerces et marché au pied de l'immeuble.Il manque juste une vue plus large sur la mer !

l'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé, il se trouve juste à coté de la plage, ce qui est très pratique quand on a des enfants, de plus il est très aisé de faire ses courses ou d'acheter à manger, on vous conseil le glacier italien un délice, la propriétaire est sympa et attentive et vous donnera de bons conseils, on reviendra assurément :)
