POOL AND POOL AREA CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE FROM 15/04/24 - 15/07/24.
The complex Punta Negra is a very quiet complex located in Playa la Arena, just 100 meters from Playa La Arena beach. Shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafés are less than 2 minutes away.
Upstairs are living room, kitchen and a separate toilet and balcony with sea view. Downstairs are the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. From here you get to the pool and the sea.
From the pool you have a fantastic view over the sea. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available. From here you also have direct access to the sea with a ladder.
The area is ideal for couples and families with small children.
Los Gigantes is located on the southwest coast of Tenerife and is only a short distance from two other resorts Puerto de Santiago and Playa de la Arena. In Los Gigantes are the famous "Acantilados de los Gigantes". Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos is about 30 kilometers away. The year-round mild climate in this region is one of the best in the world.
Los Gigantes, Puerto de Santiago and Playa de la Arena are small, quiet villages.
The village of Los Gigantes lies at the foot of the 500 meter high cliffs that give it its name .. The cliffs also mark the southern boundary of the beautiful Teno mountains. The cliffs are visible in all their glory from the Archipenque Mirador viewpoint, above the village.
Playa la Arena has been awarded the Blue Flag of Excellence for many years in a row. The beach is centrally located on the main coastal road, Avenida Maritima. It is a small place, but has a large selection of restaurants and bars. There are also some clubs and discos available, but those who are looking for "Nigthlife" is better off in Las Americas or Los Cristianos.

Hier stimmt wirklich alles! Sensationelle Lage mit Balkon und Terrasse mit Top-Meerblick. Kleinere sehr gemütliche Anlage mit vielen Stammgästen und Dauerbewohnern. Netter kleiner Pool und direkter Meerzugang über Treppe. Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. 2 neue und saubere WC; eines mit Dusche. Küchenausstattung ausreichend. Ruhige Lage und dennoch zentral zur Promenade mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Danke auch für den reibungslosen Buchungsablauf. Nicht weit zum Sandstrand und den „Los Gigantes“.

meine fünfköpfige familie hat den aufenthalt in der appartmentanlage auf der schwarzen klippe sehr genossen. die drei kleinen kinder liebten den beheizten pool. der direkte zugang zu einer felsbadestelle am meer ist ein schönes plus. die nachbarschaft, eine mischung aus langzeitbew. und urlaubern, rentnern und familien war sehr nett. das appartment bot genug raum und angenehmen comfort. die betreuung durch die vermieterin war hervorragend.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vom Balkon hatte man die Kinder im Pool immer im Blick. Und wenn man nur die Treppe runter ging, konnte man super schnorcheln. Der Strand und die Promenade sind gleich ums Eck und ebenso eine große Auswahl guter Restaurants.

Nice apartment directly on the coast. View is second to none. Nice pool area and almost private beach. Not much privacy on the terrace when all apartments are occupied. Kitchen utensils, crockery and glassware not up to the standard you would expect from an apartment at this price level. No handles in kitchen create a bit of a problem if you want to open a cupboard or a drawer.
